    Come compilare le schede di fragilità?

    • Fare clic su Schede=>Scheda di fragilità

    • Compilare tutte le voci della seguente scheda:

    1. Condiz. fisica sociale
    2. Situazione funzionale
    3. Condiz. clinica
    4. Mobilità e comunicazione
    5. Situaz. cognitiva
      N.B.: la voce Riassunto risulterà completa quando le altra 5 sezioni della scheda di fragilità saranno completate.
      Nella voce Riassunto comparirà la scritta "Scheda compilata correttamente"
